Delivery Details:

• Delivery, setup, and pickup are all part of the package within 100 miles of PH10 6SR.

• We will contact you when we receive your booking to confirm delivery, setup, and pickup times.

• We charge £0.50 per mile over 100 miles, calculated from our home base in Blairgowrie, PH10.

  • e.g. Blairgowrie to Carlisle (140 miles each way = 40 miles over package each way = 80 miles extra @ £0.50/mile = £40 delivery charge).

• Delivery fees are added to your final invoice and confirmed alongside your booking confirmation.

• We generally deliver at 10am and collect at 10am. This is flexible and we can discuss it when we confirm your booking - but just incase you're here because you're not sure when we're coming, expect us at 10am on the day of your booking.

• We require a flat, accessible space for safe parking and setup — think driveway, backyard, or open field.

• Please make sure the location is clear and accessible at the agreed-upon time to avoid delays or cancellation.

• Our vehicle and sauna towing length is just over 10metres, and roughly 3 metres wide. The sauna itself requires 6m x 2.5m of space. Please keep this in mind for your location choice and be aware; if we can't succesfully deliver or set-up on the day due to adverse ground conditions we weren't made aware of, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.

• If we arrive and can’t safely deliver or set up the sauna, we may need to cancel the delivery — in this case, the booking is non-refundable.​
