Welcome to Hotbox Sauna Co.!
We’re stoked to share the magic of wood-fired wellness with you. Before stepping into the heat, please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions. Booking with us means you’ve agreed to everything below — it’s all about keeping things safe, respectful, and positive.
POP UPS
1. Bookings & Payments

Online bookings will only be confirmed once the payment and booking details are received, and a booking confirmation email has come to you. We aim to confirm all bookings within 24 hours. If we haven't done so, please feel free to email us concerning your booking plans.

The Booking Confirmation email will contain a receipt for your payment and your booking.
-
Prices are subject to change but are locked in once your booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 days before your booking.
-
Cancellations made within 2 days of your booking are non-refundable.
-
If you need to reschedule, just ask, but your new date may be subject to our other commitments.
-
If weather or other circumstances force us to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your session.
3. Safety & Usage
-
Guests use the sauna at their own risk. We recommend asking your GP if you have any health conditions that may be affected by high heat or are atll in doubt about safety using the sauna.

If any of the following apply to you we advise you to seek advice from your GP:

If you're pregnant
-
If you've had a heart attack or stroke
-
If you're taking medication
-
If you have cardiovasclar conditions and/or problems
-
You have epilepsy
-
You have asthma or breathing conditions
-
High or low blood pressure
-
If you have arterial disease
-
If you have joint or muscle injury.

The sauna is wood-fired and is extremely hot. Do not touch the stoce, stove door, flu chimney, sauna rocks, or surrounding fire slab, and only as instructed to pour water onto the stones.

When pouring water on the rock (loyly), start from the point furthest away from you to prevent scalding.
-
Children of 16 years and under are permitted to use the Sauna, with an Adult Family Member/Guardian present at ALL TIMES during the hire and use of the sauna. Supervision must be on a 1:1 ratio.

No under 16's allowed in ice baths/cold plunge.
-
Alcohol, drugs and smoking are not permitted in or around the sauna.
-
We reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons.
-
Any hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.
-
Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times.
-
Please stay hydrated and know your limits — it’s meant to be relaxing, not a test of endurance.
-
Fires must be attended to at all times when the sauna is in use.
4. Care & Respect
-
Please treat the sauna with love. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear (determined by us) will result in charges equal to the cost of repairing or replacing the damage (determined by us). By continuing with this booking you explicitly agree that you, the person who is booking, accept this liability and are liable to pay this within 30 days of being notified. Damage costs will be send via email in the form of a payment link with an attached invoice outlining the nature and cost of any potential repairs.

No smoking, food, or glass will be taken inside the sauna.

Always sit on a towel in the sauna. The wood stays healthier for longer the less it is in direct contact with moisture.
-
Leave the space clean and tidy, just as you found it — we’re all about that balance.

Only swimwear may be worn in the sauna.
5. Liability Waiver
By booking and using our sauna:
-
You acknowledge the inherent risks involved and agree that Hotbox Sauna Co. (Tuff Duck Ltd) is not liable for any injury, health issue, loss, financial loss or damage sustained during use of the sauna and rental equipment.

You agree fully to the Terms and Conditions listed above.

You agree to follow all safety instructions and take full responsibility for yourself during your session.
-
If you are making a booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of these terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use, as well as making others aware of what to bring and other useful information.

We reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk.
-
Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused sauna use.
6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. The most current version will always be available on our website.
RENTALS
1. Bookings & Payments

Cancellation of your booking between 14 and 7 days will result in you losing 50% of your total payment. (Including any additions, mileage etc).

5. Delivery & Setup (for mobile rentals)

We’ll deliver, set up, and give you the run-down on how to fire it up and stay safe, alongwith a copy of our Sauna Manual to keep you right. Feel free to phone us if there's anything you're worried about during your booking.

A flat, easily accessible space where you have the necessary permissions to park and manouvre a large trailer (6m x 2.5m) for the duration of your rental, is required for delivery and setup.
-
The renter is responsible for ensuring access and safety at the location.
-
If we are not able to safely, securely and legally deliver the sauna, the customer is still responsible for the full cost of the booking.
