Join us for a 50 minute self-guided wellness session in our beautiful wood-fired sauna with our 420L cold plunge therapy tub. We're at the Glenisla Hotel, a fantastic location not far from some beautiful spots on the Isla. All you need is to bring a towel and stay hydrated - we'll handle the rest and get you set up for a session of ritual and relaxation. Our sauna seats 8 people / 50 minute session. After your session, you'll feel warm and energised. The Glenisla are on hand to serve you up a couple of cold ones or sort you out with a cuppie and something local, seasonal and delicious after your session. If you have any questions, let us know.
